1. Membership 

 

1.1 Who can be member?

 

Membership is open to all natural persons of at least two years of age, legal entities, groups and associations.

 

1.2 Enrollment 


Atlasmiles Membership begins upon completing and submitting the application form to Atlasglobal sale offices, station offices and its agencies. The membership may also start by filling the application forms at www.atlasglb.com, www.atlasmiles.com internet sites. By submission of the application forms, members accept the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and their understanding of it without any need for their wet signature.

 

1.3 Individuality of Membership
Joint applications by several persons and multiple applications by the same person are not permitted. Should this be the case the very first application submitted will be taken into consideration.

 

1.4 Confirmation of Application 


Atlasmiles Loyalty Program Membership will be activated only after the SMS text messages where the Atlasmiles Card number and user name along with the password has been forwarded to the member.

 

1.5 Atlasmiles Account 


Within the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program, each and every member is given a Atlasmiles account. All the mile points earned by their flights realized collected in this very account. Atlasmiles account is personal and not transferable. However the miles collected in this account can be used for the third parties by the written approval of the actual member. 


1.6 Dissolution, suspension, termination of Membership 

 

  • Members do not comply with General Terms and Conditions clearly stated in the websites; www.atlasglb.com and www.atlasmiles.com internet and/or take advantage of the program illegally.
  • False information provided by the member,
  • Behavior contradicting the directions of the staff in charge especially during the flight.
  • No miles earned within two years of period following the activation of the membership, Atlasglobal holds the right to terminate the Atlasmiles contract without any prior notice. In case of termination Atlasglobal shall not be responsible for the members. Atlasmiles Loyalty Program will hold the right to terminate the membership agreement. Membership will be terminated also in cases of Suspension of Atlasmiles Loyalty Program, dissolution and/or members contravene with General Terms and Conditions. Therefore Atlasmiles members can not claim any right on mileage or awards.
  • If the member's death, probate certificate, obituary, and the heirs with a petition demanding the cancellation of membership shall be credited for the applications made.

Atlasmiles members can leave Atlasmiles Loyalty Program at any time by their written request at atlasmiles@atlasglb.com e-mail address.

 

1.7 The validity of credited miles in case of termination

 

Miles are cancelled if not used in time or not enough for free ticket. Holder of a such card can not claim for any member rights. If the Atlasmiles Loyalty Card Membership is terminated as per justifiable reasons, the card holder will consequently lose the right for the usage of this card and collected miles either on the expiry date and/or that date of termination. 

 

1.8 Validity of the Atlasmiles Program Records 


Subject to those general terms and conditions Atlasglobal is responsible for;

 

  • administration of Members? personal miles accounts,
  • Calculation of miles,
  • Provision of information on the awards being offered,
  • Granting of awards. 

 

1.9 Personal Identification Code


PIN Code which will enable the member to keep track of their Atlasmiles account, demand for the awards online at www.atlasglb.com and www.atlasmiles.com internet websites is to be defined as personal. Any transaction realized by the given username and correct PIN Code shall be considered as a transaction realized by the member. Protection of the mile data and storage of these is under the responsibility of the member. 

 

2. Atlasmiles Membership Card

 

2.1 Atlasmiles Card Delivery

 

Atlasmiles Card is not send. If you want you can print your Atlasmiles card on www.atlasmiles.com


2.2 Individuality of Atlasmiles Card

 

Atlasmiles membership is personal and non-transferable.


2.3 Loss of the Card

 

Lost, stolen or damaged Atlasmiles Cards will be replaced by the sent new cards to the given address within a month upon receipt of loss report by the member. Members are liable of reporting the lost-damaged-stolen cards upon the incident. Atlasglobal can not be held liable for losses due to any culpable failure, belated notification and/or any other damages.

 

3. Miles

 

3.1 Calculation Unit of Miles 

 

Mile's the unit of calculation for the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program. Atlasglobal is authorized to change rules and calculation unit of miles within a reasonable notice period.

 

3.2 Miles Collection

 

A) Miles are credited for the flights realized right after the activation of the membership.

B) Atlasmiles members receive awards for,

  • their prepaid bookings as per the flight class they prefer to travel ,
  • their own flights realized,
  • their travel expenses that are without any reimbursement. 

Also, Atlasmiles members shall be entitled for mileage credits for the accommodation realized in member hotels. Atlasmiles credits may vary depending on the dates of accommodation.


C) Atlasglobal holds the right to wholly or partially change the program and renunciation of awards and restriction of responsibility or terminates program or any collaboration with its partners involved in the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program. Members may prefer to services of companies that Atlasglobal has made agreements with as a monetary compensation for their miles, these companies are totally independent and Atlasglobal shall not be responsible for the damages, activities and services of these companies serving as Mil awards. 


D) Objections and Scrutiny: The Loyalty Program relation between the member and Atlasglobal , Atlasglobal is the only authority on determination of the inclusion/exclusion of the member into the program and any mil balance issues. Atlasglobal reserves the right to determine whether the member is entitled or not for mil credits earned, or those to be recorded or not in the member account, the cancellation of or interference with the recorded mil credits. 


Atlasglobal also reserves the right to demand a refund of all miles mistakenly credited and/or amended credits that have been already used by the member, Atlasglobal may take legal action for compensation of such mileage if and when necessary. 

 

3.3 Mileage registration to Mil Account

 

Members are required to advise/present their Atlasmiles membership number during booking and/or check-in process. After 24 hours from the realized flight the mil credits will be recorded automatically into member's account.


Any credits not seen on the membership account after the flight realized, members need to advise www.atlasmiles.com or call center at 0850 222 00 00 (for abroad +90 850 222 00 00) with all flight information submitted. After 24 hours from the recording request the credits will be recorded into account.


All missing credits can be claimed for recording 12 months back logged not exceeding the membership date.

 

3.4 The Validity of Mil credits

 

The validity of miles credits are two years and any miles not used by the end of second full calendar year following their collection becomes void. Atlasmiles member agrees and accepts that they can not claim for revalidation or extension of credits nor may ask for any compensation at the end of this period. Miles are to be expired will be reported in extract of account which is sent as e-mail.

 

3.5 The flights that are not considered for miles earning

 

  • Travels with award tickets and any other award services,
  • Flights that are not paid for,
  • Charter flights,
  • Flights realized before the Atlasmiles membership. 

Also, Atlasglobal reserves the right to exclude some of its flights and cabin classes off the program.

 

3.6 Atlasmiles Account Statement Mailing

 

Atlasmiles statement with account balance information and any additional info on it is being sent to members on the e-mail addresses advised by them. E-mailing is being realized for every single member.

 

 

4. Conditions of Award Ticket Application

 

4.1 Atlasmiles Tariff

 

Amount of miles needed for award tickets can be checked/requested as;


A) on Tariff presented on www.atlasglb.com and www.atlasmiles.com


B) in Atlasglobal Agencies as listed in internet addresses


C) on Call Center no: 0850 222 00 00 (for abroad +90 850 222 00 00)
Atlasglobal, may make amendments on these tariffs announced by allowing a reasonable notice time.

 

4.2 Ticketing-Mil Award Claims 


Members may claim award for any other person as well as they may for themselves. If the member flies with infant, 500 miles are deducted from member's account who used award ticket. The necessary amount of mileage must be presented the member?s account in order to request award ticket. Miles can be changed as changing conditions. 

 

 Members can get their award tickets booked and issued at;


a) www.atlasglb.com and www.atlasmiles.com internet websites,


b) Call Center at 0850 222 00 00 (for abroad +90 850 222 00 00)
Bookings made by mil credits may not be transferred to other persons or members and no name changes can be made. No refund for money or Miles shall be made for a confirmed seat fails to present himself/herself for their booked flight due to any reason or fails to present any necessary documents for the flight. 

 


4.3 Necessary Documents for Award Ticket 

 

a) Members for their award ticket claims must apply to Atlasglobal Call Center at 0850 222 00 00 (for abroad +90 850 222 00 00) by presenting their Atlasmiles membership numbers and a copy of their ID Cards or passports. User name and password for the internet application will be sufficient. Member shall be responsible for their own online application.


b) Any claims for an free tickets other than for themselves by their earned mil mileage credits , members must fill in the Free Ticket Request Form and submit it to travel representative along with their ID or passport copy.

4.4 Award ticket Application Conditions

 

a)    Reservation change

  • Reservation change is possible for 30 TL until 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 30 USD until 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight for international flights.
  • If the route changes are within the same area, only the reservation change fee shall apply; if the track changes are within a different area, mile difference shall also be calculated.
  • Mile value of the award ticket for which reservation change is requested shall be calculated at the actual Atlasmiles mile tariff on the date of transaction.

b)    Award ticket refund

Domestic and Ercan Flights: 

  • Award ticket refund is not permited for domestic flights.

International Flights:

  • Only unused award ticket shall be refunded.
  • Award tickets purchased by mile points for international flights are refunded for 30 USD. 
  • All of the miles shall be returned to the member’s account.
  • If any coupon is used, tickets may not be refunded.

 
c)    No-Show 

Domestic and Ercan Flights: 

  • In case of No-Show not permited.

International Flights:

  • Reservation change or mile refund options are available for 50 USD in international flights. 

 
d)    Validity of Award Tickets

  • Award tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 
  • Award tickets which are not used within this period expire at the end of 12 months.

 
e)    Baggage Allowance

  • Paid ticket baggage rules apply.
  • Passengers have extra baggage allowance according to their card types.

 


4.5 Validity of General Transportation Conditions

 

Travel on Atlasglobal Airlines carriers will be subject to the appropriate carrier?s standard conditions of carriage and General Transportation Rules (baggage,pet-in cabin,passport etc...)

 


5. Atlasmiles Cards and Features

 

5.1 Platinum Membership Conditions


Platinum membership automatically starts when 50.000 Miles or 50 Sector international flights are realized with Atlasglobal within last 12 months retrospectively considering the membership date. 

 

Validity period is 2 years.

 

In order to keep Atlasmiles Platinum membership, it is required to realize flights of 25.000 Miles at the end of 1st year, and total 35.000 Miles at the end of 2nd year from the date of Platinum card entitlement. 

 

5.1.1.   Platinum Membership Advantages

 

  • For Platinum card holders, the privilege to use CIP lounges in international flights,
  • the right to go through passport control in the airport by Fast Track system without waiting,
  • For Platinum card holders, priority for switching from substitute reservation to actual reservation,
  • check-in privilege at Special Elite counter without waiting,
  • opportunity to travel at front seats (economy plus class) if Platinum card number is indicated during the reservation,
  • advantage to pick up the baggage at the arrival station first thanks to Special Baggage tag,
  • +15 kg extra baggage allowance in addition to the flown class,
  • the privilege to upgrade the economy plus to business class spending miles for Platinum member himself/herself or his/her beloved ones, if there are sufficient miles in their Platinum membership accounts (Upgrade by miles),
  • the privilege to upgrade the economy plus to business class paying charge at the airport 60 minutes prior to the flight only for the flights of Platinum members themselves (Upgrade by paying charge at the airport),
  • the privilege of special service by Elite line at 0850 222 99 99,
  • the right of priority boarding with business class passengers,
  • the right to earn extra miles in business class flights (up to 150%), 
  • the right of upgrade to business class twice a year free of charge and without spending your miles,
  • For Platinum card holders, the opportunity to collect the miles in the same account and to use them with their family members,
  • the opportunity to get extra discounts from program partner companies 
  • the right to buy extra Miles, Min 1.000 miles and Max 50.000, and to pay 10 Euro (including VAT) for every 1.000 Miles,
  • For Platinum members, the right to buy miles up to 10.000 to keep their card status; Status miles selling price is 30  € (including VAT) for every 1.000 Miles,
  • the right to extend the validity of the miles which will otherwise expire for 10 Euro (including VAT) for every 1.000 Miles, and 0.01 Euro (including VAT) for every 1 mile after 1.000 miles,
  • the right to recover the expired miles for 10 Euro (including VAT) for every 1.000 Miles, and 0.01 Euro (including VAT) for every 1 mile after 1.000 miles,
  • the right to transfer the miles to anybody in consideration of 10 Euro (including VAT) for every 1.000 Miles, 
  • the right to convert the miles to status miles at the rate of 1/5 when status miles are required.

 

 

5.2 Gold Membership Conditions


Gold membership automatically starts when 30.000 Miles or 35 Sector international flights are realized with Atlasglobal within last 12 months retrospectively considering the membership date. 

 

Validity period is 2 years.

 

In order to keep Atlasmiles Gold membership, it is required to realize flights of 15.000 Miles at the end of 1st year, and total 25.000 Miles at the end of 2nd year from the date of Gold card entitlement. 

 

5.2.1.   Gold Membership Advantages

 

  • For Gold card holders, priority for switching from substitute reservation to actual reservation,
  • check-in privilege at Special Elite counter without waiting,
  • opportunity to travel at front seats (economy plus class) if Gold card number is indicated during the reservation,
  • advantage to pick up the baggage at the arrival station first thanks to Special Baggage tag,
  • + 10 kg extra baggage allowance in addition to the flown class,

5.3 Silver Membership Conditions 


Silver membership automatically starts when 20.000 Miles or 15 Sector international flights are realized with Atlasglobal within last 12 months retrospectively considering the membership date. 

 

Validity period is 2 years.

 

In order to keep Atlasmiles Silver membership, it is required to realize flights of 10.000 Miles at the end of 1st year, and total 15.000 Miles at the end of 2nd year from the date of Silver card entitlement. 

 

5.3.1.   Silver Membership Advantages

 

  • For Silver card holders, priority for switching from substitute reservation to actual reservation,
  • + 5 kg extra baggage allowance in addition to the flown class,
  • the privilege to upgrade the economy plus to business class spending miles for Silver member himself/herself or his/her beloved ones, if there are sufficient miles in their Silver membership accounts (Upgrade by miles),
  • the privilege to upgrade the economy plus to business class paying charge at the airport 60 minutes prior to the flight only for the flights of Silver members themselves (Upgrade by paying charge at the airport),
  • the right of priority boarding with business class passengers,
  • the right to earn extra miles in business class flights (up to 150%), 
  • For Silver card holders, the opportunity to collect the miles in the same account and to use them with their family members,
  • the opportunity to get extra discounts from program partner companies

Application Conditions;

 

  • Upgrade can be realized only through the call center until 12 hours prior to the flight.
  • Application is accepted with confirmed and purchased economy plus class ticket.
  • Upgrade is made if there is availability in upgrade class.
  • If the member will make upgrade for the reservation on his/her name, he/she should present copy of identity card.
  • Upgrade may not be applied on special occasions and in certain periods.
  • Upgrade is not possible in code-share flights.
  • Upgrade is valid for one way. RT upgrade is not applied.
  • There should be sufficient balance in the accounts for Upgrade. Mile borrowing is not available.
  • Upgrade is not applied to free tickets and the award tickets issued with miles.
  • Miles are received from a single card number for Upgrade. Thus, it is not possible to unite the miles of 2 different memberships for upgrade.
  • For family card, transaction is made with individual card of each family member.
  • Request Form should be filled in.
  • Member can made upgrade for his/her relatives and beloved ones. For this purpose, Upgrade Request Form should be filled through the call center.
  • For upgraded tickets, mile value of the paid economy plus ticket is earned.
  • Travel consultants can not benefit from upgrade.
  • Upgrade mile return, cancellation, change:
  • Upgrade mile return is not available. Upgrade miles become invalid. If the flight is not realized with the upgraded ticket, economy plus class ticket charge on the date of purchase is refunded upon the request of the member.
  • Upgrade miles are not returned during the reservation change of upgraded ticket. Upgrade miles become invalid.

 

6.2 Upgrade by paying charge (LMU)


Upgrading economy plus class flight to business class at the airport is available only for Gold and Platinum members after check-in in consideration for domestic and Ercan flights until 60 minutes prior to the flight provided that there is availability in business class and the card numbers are written in the reservation records and the members present their card; you can call our call center or obtain information from sales offices at the airports for international flight points.
 
Application Conditions;

  • Member should have a paid and confirmed economy plus class ticket.
  • Economy plus class miles are earned in Atlasmiles membership account.
  • Upgrade (LMU) is not applied for award tickets and free tickets.
  • After upgrade is made at the airport (LMU), the refund of the received charge is not possible. Economy plus class ticket rules apply for the cancellation, return and change of ticket.
  • It may not be applied in certain periods of the year.
  • Last minute upgrade ( LMU ) is not applied for other FFP passengers.
  • VAT is included in the price. This price may change according to the current conditions.
  • Last minute upgrade (LMU) can not be paid by miles/points.
  • LMU is not applied in code share flights.

 

 

 

7. Legal Liabilities 

 

7.1 Taxes and other charges


Atlasglobal accepts no liability for any taxes or other charges to which Members or third parties may be subject in connection with benefits obtained under the Atlasmiles program.


7.2 Confidentiality


All the member personal info obtained within the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program will only be used in and during the program process. Also, should the member requests service from another company, the info will be conveyed onto the related company. 


Atlasmiles member accepts that s/he agrees to the transfer of membership information onto member companies for the product, advertisement and presentation purposes as well as the personal information to be shared with the program partners and any other related companies. If the members does not allow to share their informations, they needed to ?tick? the relevant box on the application form . 


7.3 Liability 


In the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program; Atlasmiles members are solely responsible for the submission of full information to any third parties or companies (i.e. their employer) who have paid for their tickets or other services for which the program miles have been credited as a benefit of the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program. 


7.4 Local Law


In some countries, local law may impose restrictions on the general terms and conditions of the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program. Atlasglobal, therefore is entitled to take any necessary actions required to ensure that compliance with such restrictions is maintained so that they may not be held responsible for the compensation of any possible damages by its members as a result of such action. If members face such a case, they may not claim for payment of their damages or alike from Atlasglobal. 


7.5 Abuse of the Program


Those who;

 

  • contravene the general terms and conditions of Atlasmiles membership,
  • misuse program awards,
  • attempt to provide false information (esp. regarding the flight data) in order to obtain benefits 


May, in addition to any compensatory damages as a result of such actions, have their Atlasmiles memberships terminated and any miles and/or awards already registered may be declared invalid. Member must pay a compensation for the award misused.
Additionally Any award documents obtained illegally or in contravention of Atlasmiles Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions will not be honored.

7.6 Limitation on Liabilities


1- Atlasjet reserves the right to change wholly or partially and/or terminate the Atlasmiles Loyalty Program and/or any collaboration with partners under the Atlasmiles Program at any time, with a reasonable advance notice. Any amendments or additions to the Atlasmiles General Terms and Conditions shall become binding for all members upon announcement of the related information at Atlasjet sales offices, Atlasmiles Call Center, Atlasjet web site, or on the Atlasmiles Statements sent to members by e-mail. Therefore collected miles or awards shall not constituted a vested interest.


Atlasglobal; does not guarantee the availability of the awards or requirement for same number of miles for same awards or the right of using these awards for any chosen flights by the member within Atlasmiles Loyalty Program. Atlasglobal has the sole and exclusive power over Atlasmiles Program. 


2- In case of Atlasglobal's granting of periodical awards or any other practices against the principles of the program or granting of additional extra periodical rights or failure or delay by Atlasglobal in exercising any of its rights under the program or requiring the member?s compliance with any of program conditions or shall not be construed as a waiver of power over the program or right to require member?s compliance with any of the rules that s/he is bound with nor such exceptional practice shall be deemed to have granted the member or other persons with additional rights or amended the program principles or constitute a precedent for similar practices.


3. Any limitations and/restrictions in the Atlasglobal General Terms and Conditions of Passengers and Baggage Carriage applies also in this program. In case of breech of program conditions, liability shall be limited to direct material damages and Atlasglobal shall not be held liable for moral damages and/or indirect damages. 


7.7 Right of Entrust

 

Atlasglobal reserves the right to entrust the operation of Atlasmiles Loyalty Program to successor companies or to a third party, and to transfer the related agreements made to such successor companies or to a third party to that end. Members shall be given a reasonable notice prior to such development.

 

8. Governing Law and Juristiction issues

 

The contractual relation between the members and Atlasglobal as well as these general terms and conditions are governed by Turkish Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims resulting from or raised in relation with the Membership to the Atlasmiles program or in relation with these general terms or conditions shall be Istanbul Bakırköy Courts and Execution offices.
