Flights realized before the Atlasmiles membership

Flights realized before the membership are not considered for Atlasmiles earning.

The validity of Mile Credits

The validity of Atlasmiles credits is two years and any Miles not used by the end of second full calendar year following their collection becomes void. Atlasmiles member agrees and accepts that they can not claim for revalidation or extension of credits nor may ask for any compensation at the end of this period.

STARTING MEMBERSHIP

How can I be a Atlasmiles member?

Atlasmiles membership begins upon completing and submitting the application form to Atlasglobal sale offices, station offices and its agencies. The membership may also start by filling the application forms at www.atlasglb.com , www.atlasmiles.com websites. You can also complete your membership by calling our call center at 0850 222 00 00. Membership is open to all natural persons at least two years of age. Upon submission of Atlasmiles application forms filled in full and correctly, the membership will begin.

When you fill the form...

Your name and surname which you write on the form need to be the same with your identity information. It's important not to leave blank your address and phone number fields.

Confirmation of application...

Atlasmiles Loyalty program membership will be activated only after the SMS text messages where the Atlasmiles Card number and user name along with the password has been forwarded to the number.

How can I change my Atlasmiles Card password?

To change your Atlasmiles card password;
Please write SIFRE into text message as caps lock on, in your mobile phone, then leave a blank, please write your Atlasmiles card number, after leave a blank, please write new password that want to use and send to 4005, as results your password has been changed.

GAINING MILES

How am I going to earn Miles?

You are going to earn Miles from Atlasglobal's scheduled domestic and international flights. You also will be able to earn Miles from your domestic and international accomodations and rent a car services.

Mileage registration to Atlasmiles account

Members are required to advise/present their Atlasmiles membership number during booking and/or check in process. After 24 hours from the realized flight the Atlasmiles credits will be recorded automatically into member's account.

Any credits not seen on the membership account after the flight

Any credits not seen on the membership account after the flight is realized, members need to advise www.atlasmiles.com or call center at 0850 222 00 00 with all flight information submitted. After 24 hours from the recording request the credits will be recorded into account. All missing credits can be claimed for recording 12 months back logged not exceeding the membership date.

Ticketing-Atlasmiles Award Claims

Your flight shall be certain after you paid. Rules and conditions is validite in below if you want to do any change about this flight.

Booking made by Atlasmiles credits may not be transferred to other persons or members and o name changes can be made.

 

Reservation change

  • Reservation change is possible for 30 TL until 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 30 USD until 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight for international flights.
  • If the route changes are within the same area, only the reservation change fee shall apply; if the track changes are within a different area, mile difference shall also be calculated.
  • Mile value of the award ticket for which reservation change is requested shall be calculated at the actual Atlasmiles mile tariff on the date of transaction.

 

Award ticket refund

 

Domestic and Ercan Flights: 

  • Award ticket refund is not permited for domestic flights.

International Flights:

  • Only unused award ticket shall be refunded.
  • Award tickets purchased by mile points for international flights are refunded for 30 USD. 
  • All of the miles shall be returned to the member’s account.
  • If any coupon is used, tickets may not be refunded.

 
No-Show 

 

Domestic and Ercan Flights: 

  • In case of No-Show not permited.

 

International Flights:

  • Reservation change or mile refund options are available for 50 USD in international flights. 

 
Validity of Award Tickets

  • Award tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 
  • Award tickets which are not used within this period expire at the end of 12 months.

 
Baggage Allowance

  • Paid ticket baggage rules apply.
  • Passengers have extra baggage allowance according to their card types.
